l Job Number：The number for SGS inner management that can be traced when applicant applies for SGS QR Code Service
l Product ID：Product unique identity number authorised by SGS which can be used to search product information on SGS QR Code website.
l Product Name：Product name offered by applicant
l Product Description：Product description offered by applicant, eg. Product character, material, colour,size etc.
l Item Number：The unique number identifying product offered by applicant, different product with different Item Number.
l Manufacturer Name：Product owner, should be consistent with tags on product
l Factory Location：Location of factory that produces the product
l Factory Quality System：Factory quality management system, acquired 3rd Party ISO9000 certificate or qualified by SGS
Testing Information
l Test Result：Sample test result evaluation according to national regulation and standard that consumers can understand easily as well
l Testing Standard：National regulation and standard adopted when samples are tested in SGS lab
l Testing Sampling Time：time that SGS selects samples for testing or SGS lab sample receiving time
l Testing Period：time period that samples are tested in SGS lab
l Test Report Number：Unique number of Test Report which can be traced in SGS lab
l Lot Number：Number of product batch or production date
l Testing Lab：Name of SGS lab in which samples are tested
l Sampled by： SGS or Manufacturer
l Remark：Other relevant information of the product
